Absolutely phenomenal customer service
Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the very beginning. The facility was great, customer service was awesome, and the repair was as well. Because of the great service and expertise I felt like I was in good hands. The warranties are incredible. The guys went above and beyond when my repair was over. My car was fixed and I inquired how to remove a sticker and within 4 min the dealer sticker was removed. Kelsey is running a great show and it does not go unnoticed! No one has time to deal with car issues but you guys made it a really great experience. The Uber was icing on the cake! -

I highly recommend Chilton Auto Body. I've had rear end and front fender damage on my previous Bimmers that Ron from Chilton have assisted me to my satisfaction. So, it was natural for me to go back to Ron when I hit my side mirror on a gate for repairs. Ron never charged me...he assessed the damage, verified what parts are needed from BMW and gave me an estimate to make repairs. Damage is small to warrant repairs. Without any pressure, he suggested that I think it over and decide if I want to have it repaired. I must say, most people would give me a quote and have me go forward with repairs.
